1. What Yalope is

Yalope is a platform that connects actors and creators of artistic projects: it lets you create a profile, publish projects and teams, mark interest, send casting calls and talk in chats.

Yalope makes contact between people easier, but it doesn't take part in organizing, hiring, paying for or carrying out the projects, and it isn't a party to the agreements people make with each other.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide true information. Each account is personal.

While the community grows, new accounts go through an approval before they can use the app.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done from your account.

3. Community Guidelines

By using Yalope you accept the Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms. Among other things, harassment, discrimination, false or misleading casting calls, fake profiles, scams and deceptive payment requests are not allowed.

4. What you publish

What you upload (photos, texts, projects, messages) remains yours. You give us permission to store it and show it within Yalope to the appropriate people, only so that the service works. That permission ends when you delete it or delete your account.

You must have the right to publish what you upload: for example, don't upload photos of other people without their permission or protected third-party content.

Whoever creates a project or team is responsible for the information they publish and for how it is carried out.

5. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest texts or filters. Suggestions may contain errors: review them before using them. There is a daily usage limit.

6. Moderation and measures

We may review reported or published content and, if it breaches these terms or the Guidelines, warn, remove content, or suspend or delete accounts.

7. The service

Yalope is free. Donations and sponsor contributions are voluntary and give no benefits within the app beyond what is described in “Support”.

We do our best to keep Yalope working well, but the service is provided as is, may have interruptions or errors, and may change. We are not responsible for agreements between users or for what happens outside the platform, including in-person meetings.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; if the change is significant, we will let you know in the app. They are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
